Actual Reports OÜ, a company incorporated under the laws of Republic of Estonia, seated in under the registration number 12318670 (hereinafter PDF Generator API) provides business-to-business services. Our aim, among others, is to use our website to allow our users to sign up, including for a free trial.

PDF Generator API collects data about users who request to use our service on our website. We collect users’ contact details, names, company names and e-mail addresses.

Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about users means of connection to our website, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

We use your information (including any questions of comments you sent to us) to resolve technical issues you encounter, to respond to your requests for assistance, to analyze crash information, and to repair and improve the Services.

We receive information about you when you or your administrator integrate or link a third-party service with our Services. For example, if you create your account through third-party app store (e.g Zapier, Appian and others) or account.

If you decide to opt-in to our mailing list, you will receive e-mails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future e-mails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each e-mail. Typically, we store users’ personal data for as long as the user has received the demo or for as long as we have another purpose to do so. We erase personal data after the above described storage period or when the user requests us to erase his/her personal data. In the event of a dispute, the personal data will be retained until an agreement is reached or until the due date for the claim expires. The personal data is stored in secure servers in the European Union.
